Trauma TEAMS Scholarship 2026: Applications Now Open

The Trauma TEAMS Scholarship is now open for the 2026 cohort.
Built in collaboration between NQS, ATS, TCAA, and STN, the program is designed to support Trauma Program Managers (TPMs) at every stage of their careers—removing barriers to education, leadership development, and program improvement.
What is Trauma TEAMS?
A scholarship program that helps trauma leaders:
- Build leadership and operational skills
- Strengthen trauma program performance
- Access education, mentorship, and a national network
Two Paths Based on Experience
Emerging Trauma Leaders (≤3 years experience)
- Foundational TPM training
- Intro to trauma finance & operations
- Core performance improvement concepts
Experienced Trauma Leaders (>3 years experience)
- Advanced leadership and communication training
- Deep dives into finance, mental health, and system optimization
- Scenario-based mastery across key TPM domains
All recipients receive:
- Free courses
- 1-year ATS & STN memberships
- Mentorship and networking opportunities
- Certificates of completion
